When not finding any excuse to fly across the country in his 1965 Mooney, William manages the sales and marketing teams at MonitorBase. Outside of that, he enjoys small home improvement projects, like putting a gazebo in his backyard, blacksmithing, mountain biking and spending time with his family.

Lilly has been at MonitorBase since August of 2019. She loves MonitorBase for the value that is placed on the customers, as well as the team dynamic. Everyone on the team values honesty, improvement, and growth. Lilly enjoys singing everywhere she goes, making podcasts, and self-improvement books and seminars. Her favorite rule to live by: everyone should dance for at least 15 minutes a day!

Niah works with onboardings and ongoing account success. She was born and raised in Southern Utah, and has a passion for music, animals, and spending time in the great outdoors with her dog. She loves meeting new people and solving problems.

Chelsea has lived most of her life in San Diego. She was always adventuring out on the water, finding the best views to take pictures, and spending time with her friends and family. She moved to Utah in 2021 and still has never been skiing. In her free time, she writes poetry, cooks, takes pictures, dances, and sings with her husband and son.

Jessica started with MonitorBase in the sales department in September of 2021. She is thrilled to be working for such an amazing company.  In her free time she enjoys shopping and spending time with her spouse. Always a lover of nature, she spends a lot of time under the trees camping.

Angie started with MonitorBase in April of 2023 after her years of experience in various types of roles within the mortgage industry. She is excited to be working for such an innovative company, and considers the opportunity as a game changer for her future. She's a dog mom to a Pomeranian named Lou.  In her free time she runs a social group that is geared towards the vintage style, not vintage values. She  has a love for everything vintage particularly 1940's to mid 1960's, especially the cars and fashion of that era!  She also loves thrifting, travel, spending time with her family ,  friends and her significant other.

Justin is a firm believer in self-improvement and loves that MonitorBase is a company where the company culture encourages that kind of personal growth. When he’s not making video content for the company, Justin spends his free time with loved ones, enjoying film and TV, reading, and making his own content.

Bobby graduated with a BS in Operations Management from the University Of Utah Eccles School of Business. He’s poured his heart and soul into MonitorBase; he joined as the second employee and nearly raised it from the ground up. Bobby enjoys cooking delectable dinners, and baking pastries.

Tristin has worked on the compliance team with MonitorBase since 2020. When Tristin isn’t on the clock, she enjoys spending time with her son, playing with her dog, and gardening! Ever the outdoors enthusiast, you will find her outside often taking in Nature in all of its glory.

Tiffany is a mother to two daughters, three cats, and hundreds of plant babies. Besides being a coffee junkie and a plant aficionado, she is a lover of nature and all animals. She enjoys taking road trips with her daughters, thrifting, and going to music concerts. In the summertime, you will find her in her favorite place in the world - Lake Powell. There she has fun hiking, swimming, and paddle boarding through the beautiful red canyon walls.

Denise has over 7 years of Customer Service experience and continues to enjoy providing knowledgeable resources to our clients. If there is ever an opportunity to expand her knowledge, she goes for it - no matter how challenging it is! She was born and raised in Orange County, CA. When she is not assisting our clients, she is spending time with her spouse and three daughters.

Demetria is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and management leadership. With 10 years of customer service experience, she has honed her skills in dealing with customers and providing excellent service. Her 6+ years of experience in a management leader role demonstrate her ability to lead and inspire teams.

Currently, Demetria has been working at MonitorBase for 2 years and is continuing to contribute to the company's growth and success. Throughout her career, she has primarily worked for local businesses, which indicates her familiarity with the dynamics and challenges of operating in that context. Her focus on improving the company from within suggests a proactive and dedicated approach to her work.

Outside of her professional life, Demetria enjoys various outdoor activities such as hiking and hammocking. She also has a passion for travel and exploring new places. Additionally, she finds joy in attending music festivals and immersing herself in the lively atmosphere.

As Project Manager, Zach has become a bit of an everyman in the company. After spending over 10 years in the restaurant industry, it was time for a change in direction for him. Zach is thrilled to be allowed to show the company what he can do. When Zach isn’t working, he spends his time riding his road bike, producing A podcast, Playing Games, And cooking at home.

Guy is a self-taught programmer. He taught himself how to program in middle school to create games on TI-83 calculators. Later, he taught himself how to program in PERL to build websites for video games. Selling his first website as a sophomore in high school, he went on to have a successful career in both political work and programming. Prior to joining MonitorBase, he worked for a fortune 500 company as lead developer. Anytime not at the keyboard, Guy can be found camping with his two young daughters and wife.

With over 20 years of experience working with a wide variety of technologies, Rick is responsible for cloud and on-premise infrastructure, information security, and improving all aspects of the company's IT systems. He is dedicated to keeping the data flowing so the rest of the company geniuses can provide a great service to our customers.  In his off time, Rick is a ham radio operator, sniper, and loves camping with the family.  He loves Monitorbase for its family-friendly, life-balanced culture.

David enjoys being indoors with a good book or movie. He also enjoys the great outdoors and you can often find him out hiking, biking, or camping in the warmer months. He has been with Monitorbase since 2019, and enjoys the opportunities that it affords him to learn new skills and improve his old ones.

Newest development team member. He rides his bike further and further every trip and translates that momentum to learning new coding tech and design patterns. Obsessed with Tailwind CSS. Uses Photoshop to make inspirational comedy.

Jeff works with the IT department to get things done. When not at work, Jeff likes to camp and get away, but most of all he loves going to the sand dunes to ride his 4-wheeler. He builds computers on the side to sell, aspires to be more efficient with AWS, and loves continuing to learn new things.
